We promote collaboration among Youths through our seven hubs and encourage youths to work together in teams to achieve success. All our training courses for our hubs are delivered in groups and we provide incentives for Hugh achieving groups.
We foster effective communication amoung our members and Facilitators and encourage managers to speak with each other daily. All staff and managers are required to put in two hours of work daily and communicate their deliverables daily within our management chat forum.
